About Mary Ann’s Baking
Mary Ann’s Baking Company was established in 1961 by Andrew John Demas in Sacramento, California. Through the 1960s and 1970s the bakery‘s focus was on manufacturing its quality fresh products to supply the State of California, military, and restaurants. In the 1980s the company expanded to a co-pack bakery delivering quality danish and donuts to large chain grocery stores and institutions. Growth of the operation continued through the 1990s and into 2000s with the addition of frozen product lines. Due to the growth of Mary Ann’s customers and the ever changing market a new state of the art facility was required. In the Fall of 2004 construction of a new 135,000 Sq. Ft. plant was completed. The new facility has added more capacity and new product lines to remain flexible to meet our current and future customer’s needs. Mary Ann’s Baking Company to this day is still family owned and operated.
